Partners will work collaboratively to design, develop, deliver and disseminate an e-learning program for home based and micro small businesses in formative stages of their development.

This is an innovative and creative opportunity to address the challenges for small business operators in the start up phase using e-learning, coaching, mentoring and peer-to-peer learning that underpins the program. It will help address the reticence of small business owners to access training and provide a flexible and adaptable form of learning to address their skills deficits.
